At the meeting, a licensing ceremony was held for the new co-construction and re-evaluation industrial clusters and the second batch of China Light Industry Engineering Technology Research Centers. The “13th Five-Year Plan” light industry technology innovation advanced collectives and individuals were commended, and the light industry advanced industry clusters and the light industry cluster management service advanced units were commended and awarded.
The “China Stationery Capital” of China’s pen industry was rated as an excellent industrial cluster for light industry. China Pen Association, Fenshui Town People’s Government of Tonglu County, Qingyuan County Economic and Commercial Bureau won the title of Advanced Unit of Industrial Cluster Service, Shanghai Chenguang Stationery Co., Ltd., Beifa Group Co., Ltd., Qingdao Changlong Stationery Co., Ltd. were rated as the “13th Five-Year” Light Industry Technology Innovation Advanced Group, and Shanghai Chenguang Stationery Co., Ltd. Vice President Yao Hongjun was rated as the “13th Five-Year” Light Industry Technology Innovation outstanding person. The conference also re-evaluated and awarded the industrial clusters of the “China Pen Industry and Trade Base” in Yiwu City and the “China Pen R&D and Manufacturing Base” in Shixing County, Guangdong Province
